Golf Dress Policy

Children’s Dress Policy 

Children 13 years of age or older are required to follow the adult dress policies. Children under the age of 13 should be appropriately attired and comply with the standard of acceptable dress on the golf course. For example, children must have their shirts tucked into their slacks or shorts. Appropriate length, elastic waist “tennis shorts” are acceptable. Also, athletic footwear (sneakers) are acceptable dress for children under 13 years of age, although the Club does request that members make a conscious effort to have children wear appropriate footwear that meets the dress code standards. These rules apply to both boys and girls. 

Headwear 

Please remove hats when seated in the grille room or upon entering the second floor of the clubhouse. Golf caps must be appropriate and worn with the visor facing forward. 

Men’s Dress Policy 

Slacks, Bermuda shorts, collared shirts, turtlenecks or mock necks are the standard, required dress on Club grounds. Shirts are require to be tucked into slacks or Bermuda shorts at all times. They must be appropriate size, length, neckline and fit. 

Ladies’ Dress Policy 

Slacks, Bermuda shorts, Capri’s or skirts longer than fingertips are standard dress. Blouses may be un-tucked but neat. Sleeveless blouses of proper length, collared shirts, turtlenecks or mock necks are the standard, required dress on Club grounds. Sweaters and pullovers may be worn over appropriate underneath attire. 

Inappropriate Dress 

Tube tops, tank tops, midriff attire, denim blouses or jackets, T-shirts with or without printed advertisements, short shorts, cutoffs, mini skirts, denim jeans, warm-up suits and bathing suits or any item of dress deemed inappropriate are not suitable dress.
